What is Live Healingly?
To live healingly is to engage life with presence and personal power. It is the decision to notice and explore our experiences, even as they occur. But it is not just the details “outside of us” to which we pay attention. Nope. We also deal with our response to what’s happening. This is the space of our innermost world. Let me tell you: There 👏🏽 is👏🏽 so👏🏽 much👏🏽 going👏🏽 on👏🏽 there!
Making room to see our unresolved emotions, subconscious thinking, and underlying beliefs becomes a means to shape the condition of our lives. It becomes less about who we are relative to the world and more about who we are in essence.
We will learn to trust ourselves as loving, peaceful, cooperative creatures. Even when our world disagrees with us. We are free to be at peace. We are free to heal. Free to evolve.

Who’s speaking, please?
Hi! It’s me, Nicole Jones, founder of Artisan Journey, LLC, a wellness company. As the lead contributor of Live Healingly newsletter, I’m not one of those people who will die if I don’t write because, though I do love to write, I also enjoy playing in the dirt and binge-watching shows...and any number of other time evaporating activities. I write because I have a couple of really insightful things to say. And the written word is my instrument.
My highest aspiration for my work is to evoke the phrase, “I have never thought about it that way.” And for my growth, it is to say the same. This is the magic of articulation.
Before you speak, let your words pass through three gates. At the first gat ask yourself, ‘Is it true?’ At the second gate ask, ‘Is it necessary?’ At the third gate ask, ‘Is it kind?’- Rumi
